I have been having the worst breakouts in the last few years since 2016 to be exact; thirsty, dull, acne-prone skin became the new normal and I had no clue what to do.
One day while shopping I casually strolled into Kiehl's, I have bought hand cream and lip balm from them in the past, but, never considered their skincare products or even cared to ask for a consultation. My normal skin routine was to use bar soap to wash my face and body lotion to moisturize my skin. For years that worked for me, and then one day it didn't.
On this visit, I decided to have them help me with a routine that would work best for my skin. The associate pulled out a little machine to analyze dehydration, she put it to my face and come back with a percentage of 24, that basically means I have severely dehydrated skin! From there we had a quick chat about my concerns, she then recommended 5 items, none are on the cheap side, but were all within a budget that I was comfortable with.
I still use everything listed below except the Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Mask, I ended up dropping this from my daily routine as I didn't feel it was necessary. I also added in a few new items as well (note - one is NOT Kiehl's BTW). My skin has improved greatly, however, I am not seeing a difference in hyper-pigmentation. I plan to start doing facials monthly and I absolutely need to introduce more water and veggies into my diet as well.

I rarely pop pimples, however, I still get these horrible dark marks every time my adult acne flares up. I scar easily and nothing seems to work to rid me of these eyesores. Any recommendations on getting rid of dark acne scars and hyperpigmentation? Let me know!
